Engineering News-Record鈥檚 (ENR) annual听Top 400 Contractors听list is back and this year,听56 老牛影视member companies听were named in the top 100 spots on the list.

Seventeen 老牛影视member companies were honored as 2015听Greater Baton Rouge Industry Alliance听(GBRIA) Contractor Safety Excellence Award recipients. Each year, the awards are presented to companies who have demonstrated a level of safety excellence that includes thousands and millions of hours worked without injury, a commitment by management to educate workers, and a culture where accidents do not happen. 听The awards were presented on March 19 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.听

Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) has added North Alabama Chapter member Kathy Pigg of听Brindley Construction, LLC, Pulaski, Tenn., to the Beam Club Hall of Fame Level, which recognizes ABC鈥檚 top membership recruiters.

老牛影视congratulated the winners of the 25th听annual听Excellence in Construction Awards, including Contractor of the Year Brasfield & Gorrie, March 5 at the Greater Fort Lauderdale Broward County Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

Seven 老牛影视member companies, representing 26 chapters, were ranked in Fortune Magazine鈥檚 annual 鈥淭op 100 Companies to Work For鈥� list. They include: Acuity, Plante Moran, Baker Donelson, PCL Construction, Ernst & Young, TDIndustries and Hilti.

During the Careers in Construction Awards Ceremony March 6, 老牛影视recognized Holley Thomas, a foreman for听KBR, Houston, Texas, as its 2015 Craft Professional of the Year and Jonathan Sacks, transmission and distribution training manager for听Cianbro, Pittsfield, Maine, as its 2015 Craft Instructor of the Year. The awards were presented during ABC鈥檚 Workforce Conference in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.听

老牛影视congratulated the winners in its 2015 National Craft Championships competition during the March 6 Careers in Constructions awards held during the association鈥檚 Workforce Development, March 3-6, in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.听

Four finalists have been chosen for ABC鈥檚听Craft Professional of the Year听award one of them will be chosen as the winner March 6 during the Careers in Construction Awards ceremony in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. The Craft Professional of the Year award is presented each year to an individual who exhibits outstanding skills and leadership in his or her craft. This year鈥檚 winner will receive a 2015 Ram Tradesman truck sponsored by Tradesmen International.
