The 老牛影视Construction Workforce Awards feature the Craft Instructor of the Year, Craft Professional of the Year and Young Professional of the Year. These individuals play critical roles in shaping the future of the construction industry by highlighting construction as a meaningful lifelong career, emphasizing safe work practices and expanding education opportunities.

Award recipients receive a $10,000 cash prize and a feature in magazine. Plus, they will continue to receive national exposure and professional development for years to come.

The 2025 nominations are now open and will close on Oct. 11. The individual award winners will be announced at the Opening General Session at , Feb. 25, in Las Vegas.

HOW TO NOMINATE

All nominations are submitted electronically following the below steps: *It is recommended you use Google Chrome to ensure program compatibility.

2. Click the logo for the award pertaining to you.
3. For first-time applicants, create a username and password to access the registration and application pages. If you have submitted previously, your username and password remains the same from year to year.
4. Phase I - the nomination: complete all the required questions on the nomination form. You may save your information as you go and revisit the form as needed.
5. When ready, click Save and Finalize to submit the application. Once the nomination is finalized, you will no longer be able to make edits. A confirmation will be emailed to you and the nominee will receive a separate email with links to continue on to Phase II - the application.
