ÀÏÅ£Ó°ÊÓis now for the  (CPOY) which honors an individual who exhibits outstanding skills, leadership and demonstrates a passion for their job and giving back to the community. The winner will receive a brand new truck and a feature article in Construction Executive highlighting their hard work and dedication to the industry. 

The winner and all finalists will be flown to Birmingham, Ala. to take part in ABC’s Workforce Development Conference and the winner will be announced on stage at the Careers in Construction Award Ceremony. Additional prizes for the winner, finalists and the finalists’ companies can be found .

To be eligible for the award, nominees must be currently employed by an ÀÏÅ£Ó°ÊÓmember company, possess a journey-level designation in their craft and 90 percent of their job responsibilities must include either the daily use of tools and equipment or direct field supervisions of craftspeople.
