During its Nov. 10 meeting in San Diego, Calif., the ÀÏÅ£Ó°ÊÓBoard of Directors elected David Chapin, president of Willmar Electric Service, Lincoln, Neb., to serve as the association's 2016 national chair. Chuck Goodrich of Gaylor Electric, Inc. in Noblesville, Ind., was elected to serve as ABC’s 2016 chair-elect.

During its Nov. 11 meeting in Miami Beach, Fla., the ÀÏÅ£Ó°ÊÓBoard of Directors elected Pamela Volm of president of Annapolis Contracting, Inc., Annapolis, Md., to serve as the association's 2015 national chairman. The Leadership Conference, Nov. 11-13 in Miami, Fla., will provide the opportunity for incoming and current board members, chapter staff, industry attorneys and ÀÏÅ£Ó°ÊÓstudent chapters to learn what it takes to be a successful leader at ÀÏÅ£Ó°ÊÓand in their careers. Attendees will share lessons learned, discover new ways to encourage business growth, and build relationships with industry peers. Here’s who should attend the conference:
