The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is asking for comments from the construction industry in response to two surveys on the potential use of a project labor agreement (PLA) for projects in New York, N.Y. and Radford, Va.

The USACE New York District is asking that comments be submitted to Matthew Lubiak at [email protected] no later than June 10. To read more about the project and to respond to the survey, click .

Responses to the for the design-build power plant project in Radford, Va. are due by noon on June 17 to Steve Slaby at [email protected].

All ÀÏÅ£Ó°ÊÓmembers and construction professionals are encouraged to respond to the request for information and tell USACE that government-mandated PLAs harm competition, increase costs, and impede the economy and efficiency of government contracting.
