On Jan. 9, the U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration issued a reminding certain employers that the deadline to submit the calendar year 2022 Form 300A is March 2.
Electronic submissions are required for establishments with 250 or more employees currently required to maintain OSHA injury and illness records and establishments with 20-249 employees classified in with historically high rates of occupational injury and illness.
