The U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contractor Compliance Programs announced it will hold a webinar titled “Construction Compliance Reviews” on Wednesday, Nov. 10, from 2-4 p.m. ET.  This webinar comes after the OFCCP published the latest for construction contractors in September 2021.

Topics covered in the webinar will include:

  • Contractor obligations found under the regulations implementing Executive Order 11246, VEVRAA and Section 503
  • How to prepare for a compliance evaluation
