On June 5, the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs published its latest for construction contractors. The CSAL lists 250 federal and federally assisted contractors and subcontractors that have been selected for a compliance evaluation.

The compliance evaluation begins once the contractor receives a scheduling letter from the OFCCP.  The OFCCP will evaluate selected contractors to ensure compliance with federal affirmative action and anti-discrimination regulations.
