The Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) is seeking comments on the potential use of project labor agreements (PLAs) for two projects: an , and the . The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) also issued a survey for the potential use of a PLA for . 

Responses to both NAVFAC surveys must be submitted to Ann Saki-Eli, [email protected], no later than 3 p.m. (ET) on July 18. 

Responses to the USACE survey must be submitted to Sandi Fletcher, [email protected], no later than 4 p.m. (ET) on July 16.
