The votes are in and the four finalists for the 2015 have been announced. The finalists will join ÀÏÅ£Ó°ÊÓat the Workforce Conference, March 3-6, in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., where they will be interviewed and narrowed down to one winner. The winning instructor will be announced during the Careers in Construction Awards ceremony and will walk away with a $10,000 cash prize.

The finalists are:

The Craft Instructor of the Year Award honors an instructor who possesses outstanding creativity, a positive attitude, and the ability to transfer knowledge through good communications skills and innovative teaching to promote lifelong learning to our future workforce. The recipient of this national award best embodies the merit shop ideals through superior effort and talent.
