ÀÏÅ£Ó°ÊÓis reminding its contractor member firms that their work-related injury and illness logÌýsummaries must be posted in a visible spot on all construction sites Feb. 1Ìýthrough April 30.

The summaries which list the total number of job-relatedÌýinjuries and illnesses that occurred in 2015 and were logged on the employer'sÌýOSHA Form 300A must be certified by a company executive and displayed on anÌýarea where notices to employees are typically posted. Employment informationÌýabout the average number of employees and total hours worked during theÌýcalendar year is also required. Companies with no recorded injuries orÌýillnesses in 2015 must still post the form, with zeros on the total line.

Employers with 10 or fewer employees and employers inÌýspecific low-hazard industries are normally exempt from federal OSHA injury andÌýillness record-keeping and posting requirements. Due to changes in OSHA'sÌýrecord-keeping requirements that went into effect Jan. 1, 2015, certainÌýpreviously exempt industries are now covered. Lists of both Ìýand Ìýindustries are available onÌýOSHA's website. Visit OSHA's Ìýfor moreÌýinformation on record-keeping requirements.
