One of the most valuable ÀÏÅ£Ó°ÊÓmember benefits is an automatic subscription to the award-winning industry publication, Construction Executive (CE). This top-notch print and digital magazine provides education on all areas of the business of construction, including accounting and finance, business development, legal compliance, sustainability, technology and workforce development.

Not only does the magazine reach nearly 21,000 ÀÏÅ£Ó°ÊÓmember firms, but it also lands in the offices of more than 30,000 non-member companies—nonprofit associations, contractors, consultants, engineering firms, media groups, real estate developers, researchers, tech specialists and universities—that have the potential to become ÀÏÅ£Ó°ÊÓmembers or do business with ÀÏÅ£Ó°ÊÓmembers.

In 2016-2017, CE is seeking to increase circulation at both ÀÏÅ£Ó°ÊÓmember and non-member construction firms and to reach more construction users and industry stakeholders.

To that end, Construction Executive’s launched its new Subscription Center () earlier this year as an interactive, user-friendly website that puts the power of subscription management into the reader’s hands. 
The new tool allows ÀÏÅ£Ó°ÊÓleaders to invite more individuals at their own companies—such as young professionals and field workers—to interact with the magazine, which frequently highlights the merit shop construction industry and ABC’s programs and services, including AQC, Craft Professional of the Year and Craft Instructor of the Year, Excellence in Construction Awards, Member Discounts and ABC’s Strategic Partners, Merit Choice Insurance, National Safety Excellence Awards and STEP, National Craft Championships and the Young Professionals Committee.

In addition, with the Subscription Center’s “” function, ÀÏÅ£Ó°ÊÓmembers can send an email invitation to any business partner or colleague who is a stakeholder in any construction project. Members are encouraged to invite project owners and end users to receive the magazine so that the project management expertise, workforce training programs and safety records of ÀÏÅ£Ó°ÊÓmembers can be highlighted before a broad industry audience, ultimately helping ÀÏÅ£Ó°ÊÓmembers win more work.

When all new readers sign up to receive the magazine, they must fill out a simple form that collects details such as company size and specialty, and the reader’s role in purchasing decisions for equipment and software. 

Readers also may use the Subscription Center to choose to receive a digital edition of the magazine as well as subscribe to three different CE eNewsletters: Managing Your Business, Risk Management and Tech Trends.
