On Friday, June 1, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for non-agricultural seasonal workers. Earlier this year, Congress included a provision in the Fiscal Year 2018 omnibus spending bill that allowed for DHS to increase the number of H-2B visas above the 66,000 statutory cap. Before approval of the bill, ÀÏÅ£Ó°ÊÓjoined the H-2B Workforce Coalition in a letter urging Congress to include the provision in the spending bill. ÀÏÅ£Ó°ÊÓwill continue to work with Congress and the Trump administration to support the workforce needs of the construction industry.Ìý
