On March 21 the Department of Labor issued a proposed rule to implement the 90-day waiting period limitation in the Public Health Service Act, as added by the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
The U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Education and the Workforce March 20Ìýapproved a billÌýthat would require the National Labor Relations Board to stop all activity that requires a three-member quorum until the legal disputes involving the board are resolved.Ìý
