On June 19, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency issued the听Affordable Clean Energy final rule, which replaces the Obama administration鈥檚 overreaching Clean Power Plan with a rule that restores rule of law, empowers states and supports energy diversity.

The court ordered EEOC to collect this data for calendar year 2018.听Covered employers should be aware that Component-1 data is still due by听May 31, 2019.
