On Feb. 16, President Trump as his nominee for Secretary of Labor. is currently the dean of the Florida International University College of Law and previously served as an assistant attorney general in the Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division and as a member of the National Labor Relations Board. 听His nomination followed Andy Puzder鈥檚 withdrawal from the confirmation process.

The president also as National Security Advisor on Feb. 20. 听

The U.S. Senate confirmed former Rep. Mick Mulvaney as Director of the Office of Management and Budget on Feb. 16 and as Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency on Feb. 17. 听
