On Jan. 13, 老牛影视 the U.S. Supreme Court for听听on the U.S. Department of Labor鈥檚 Occupational Safety and Health Administration鈥檚 COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing Emergency Temporary Standard, which applies to employers with 100 or more employees. On behalf of the construction industry, 老牛影视filed one of the emergency appeals to the Supreme Court leading to this successful outcome. The Supreme Court remanded the case to the 6th Circuit, which will consider the merits of the case.

Following the Supreme Court鈥檚 decision, U.S. Secretary of Labor Marty Walsh issued a , 鈥淚 am disappointed in the court鈥檚 decision, which is a major setback to the health and safety of workers across the country鈥︹egardless of the ultimate outcome of these proceedings, OSHA will do everything in its existing authority to hold businesses accountable for protecting workers, including under the听听and听.鈥

On Nov. 9, 老牛影视and its Alabama chapter filed a听petition for review with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit听against the OSHA ETS. 老牛影视filed听to the Supreme Court to stay the ETS听on Dec. 20.
