The Graduate/Professional Young Trustee Finalist Meeting will be held on Monday, March 24, from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m., in the Holsti-Anderson Family Assembly Room, 153 Rubenstein Library.

The Undergraduate Young Trustee Finalist Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 25, from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m., in the Holsti-Anderson Family Assembly Room, 153 Rubenstein Library.

To register for your respective meeting, please visit .

Participants in the meetings will first hear from Secretary to the Board of Trustees Maggie Epps about the position. Then each finalist will have time to speak about their interest in becoming a Young Trustee. The majority of the time will be dedicated to a question-and-answer period with the finalists.

For those who are not able to attend in person, the meetings will be recorded and available on the Board of Trustees website until 10:30 p.m. on Monday, March 31. Students who attend the meeting or watch the recording can provide feedback on the finalists via a survey until 11:59 p.m. on Monday, March 31. Only those students who attended the meeting or watched the recording will have their survey feedback considered. In order for a survey to be considered, the submitter must have attended or watched at least 90% of the meeting. The survey is not a vote, but rather feedback from students on the finalists for the nominating committees to consider in making their recommendations to the president.

Finally, those who attend their respective in-person meeting will be provided with pizza following the event. In addition, there will be a raffle for prizes. Only those students who attended the meeting or watched the recording (at least 90%) and submitted a survey will be eligible for the raffle.

We encourage all students to participate in this important process.
