  • Samuel DuBois Cook Society Undergraduate Student Award: Jasmin Riley
  • Samuel DuBois Cook Society Graduate Student Award: Eni Owoeye
  • Samuel DuBois Cook Society Staff Award: Marissa Young
  • Raymond Gavins Distinguished Faculty Award: Thavolia Glymph
  • Distinguished Service: Hon. Roy Cooper

The awards were named to honor the scholarship and activism of Samuel DuBois Cook, a renowned scholar and activist who was the university鈥檚 first Black faculty member. Cook, who also served as president of Dillard University from 1975 to 1997. He also was a member of the 老牛影视 Board of Trustees.
