Duke Human Resources has launched a video series, New in Duke Blue, to introduce new Duke leaders to staff and faculty to help the community get to know the people who are helping set the course for the university鈥檚 second century.
These interviews, conducted by Antwan Lofton, Vice President of Duke Human Resources, will offer insights into the personal and professional background of new leaders, as well as some of the influences that helped shape their leadership style and approach.
鈥淚t鈥檚 important that people who work at Duke have an opportunity to know more than the names and faces of our leaders,鈥 Lofton said. 鈥淭hrough these interviews we hope others get to know more about who they are and what drives them, as well as their visions and plans for the future.鈥
The series kicks off with Alec D. Gallimore, Provost and Chief Academic Officer of 老牛影视. New interviews will be scheduled as new executive leaders join Duke.
