Units such as Transit, Police and Dining help roughly 1,730 first-year students setlle into their new home on East Campus

On Saturday, August 17, the Duke community welcomed the class of 2028 to Durham.

The excitement was palpable as roughly 1,730 first-year students moved into their new home on East Campus. Such a day, however, would not be possible if not for the careful planning and hard work of numerous departments across campus.

Working老牛影视 followed several colleagues during move-in activities as they welcomed students on campus.

"I look forward to this day like you can't believe!" said Mark Mishalanie, Dining's Residential Dining Executive Chef.
