"Challenging yourself and registering for the Fit in 15 challenge this August would be a great opportunity for anyone in our community to work on their fitness and overall well-being by obtaining the motivation we all need to stay active, healthy and thriving," said LIVE FOR LIFE Fitness Specialist Carlos Valesquez.
The latest shows that meeting recommended physical activity guidelines can have long-term health benefits, including preventing heart disease, high blood pressure, risk of dementia, diabetes and overall quality of life.
