, Duke's employee wellness program, offers free group fitness classes to help staff and faculty start exercise programs or enhance their current exercise routines.
Classes include Pilates, total body training, stretching, cardio circuit training, yoga and core training. Each class is 30 minutes and is designed for participants of all experience levels.
Sessions are hosted in Room 210 of the Bivins Building on East Campus.
