The Duke Clinical Research Institute's Research Forum series returned this week with a talk by Dr. Eliseo J. P茅rez-Stable, director of the National Institute on Minority Health and Health Disparities. He said the institute is built on the premise that race, ethnicity and socioeconomic status "should always be measured in a standardized way and considered as contributors to what one is observing, whether in observational studies or interventions."聽
